TUTOR

A modern spa resort complex invites applicants to come to the Caucasian Mineral Waters, the region of the international importance, to participate in the contest for the vacant position of TUTOR (the children club "Vytvoryashki") due to opening of new blocks.

Functions:
Conduct of creative, developing and entertaining master-classes and lessons for children (4 - 12/15 years) in the format WITHOUT PARENTS.

Requirements:
Higher/secondary professional education (pedagogical).
Wish to work, ability to get along with little guests of the spa resort.
Bright and talented applicants who love to work with children are welcome.
Well-educated speech.

Conditions:
Work schedule: shift by shift (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday or Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Salary: 15,000 rubles (get in hand) winter season, 18,000 rubles (get in hand) summer season.

DEPUTY HEAD PHYSICIAN

A modern spa resort complex invites applicants to come to the Caucasian Mineral Waters, the region of the international importance, to participate in the contest for the vacant position of DEPUTY HEAD PHYSICIAN due to opening of new blocks. We are searching for an efficient leader in development of new medical areas, public health organization, efficient team-building. 

Your tasks: 
Control of design of a new medical centre at the spa resort; Participation in the health block reconstruction; Renewal of medical equipment (budget development, search, acquisition); Design of prospective and current plans for medical centre development (new areas, equipment, consumable products, etc.). Independent introduction and development (up to new area monitoring); Organization of treatment and diagnostics for the spa resort Guests; Systematic inspection over the quality of evaluation, treatment and care of the spa resort Guests; Control over admittance and discharge of Guests from the spa resort; Staff placement, rotation, schedules (shifts).

Our ideal applicant has: 
Higher medical education (degree in "Medical Care" is desirable); certificate "Public Health Organization"; Proved successful work experience (2 years and more) in a public health organization (we are interested in private medical centres or spa resorts/hotels with 4* minimum); Client focus, stress resistance; Qualities of a natural leader, self-motivation and independence, motivation for development; Analytic mindset, ability to forecast; High work capacity; Knowledge of medical ethics and deontology as well service component in medicine; in other words, we need an ambitious doctor and we help him/her make all the professional aspirations come true.

We are searching for an efficient leader in organization of paramedical staff work, team building. 

Your tasks: 
Organization and control of paramedical staff work (60 subordinate employees), keeping of corresponding documents - record of hours worked, time sheets, etc.; Organization and control of the medical register office; Work within the medical programme in compliance with the schedule of procedures the Guests take; Organization of sanitary and epidemiological events, day regimen, picking up nurses and nursing aides; Regulation of the medical service component. 

Our ideal applicant has: 
Higher education (management in public health) or secondary professional education, speciality "Nursing care", presence of the qualification grade or the certificate; 5 (five) or more years of work experience by profession, including work as a clinical nurse manager/head nurse for 3(three) or more years (applicants having the work experience in the spa resort area or in the international clinics are preferred), good computer skills; Knowledge of procurement principles for the medical organization activity: procurement of medicines, items intended for medical use, hospital linen, etc.; Skills of work with information using modern devices, methods and technologies, skills of work with medical documents (making, processing, analysis, keeping and storing of documents and other practical skills of record management); Organization abilities and self-motivation are welcome.
