Preliminary preparation:

- decrease a number of smoked cigarettes per day by two or three times within 3days (preferably!)

- do not consume alcoholic beverages, psychoactive drugs 24 hours before start of the programme (it is mandatory!)

- do not smoke 24 hours before the start of treatment (it is mandatory!)

Indications: a strong desire to give up smoking.

Contraindications: availability of chronic diseases in the active stages, peptic ulcers with complications, tumours, a high level of the arterial hypertension, mental diseases.
